The project entitledŚwiętokrzyskie Vocational Education is realised within the framework of the regional programme European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027, Priority 8 Education at all stages of life, Measure 08.04 Development of vocational education.
The aim of the project is to implement measures to improve the quality of vocational education in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The project uses the Model Model of Practical Education, which consists in transferring 40% of practical classes from school to entrepreneurs. The project is focused on practical vocational learning in real work conditions and preparing students for the changing needs of employers in the labour market.
Pupils and teachers of świętokrzyskie technicians will also be able to improve their qualifications by taking part in courses and trainings. In addition, students will be involved in the implementation of paid, month-long internships with employers and will learn about innovations in their specialisations through participation in trade fairs organised in Poland.
Vocational counselling support will be provided to 8,500 7th and 8th grade students from primary schools.
Project implementation date: 1 September 2024 - 30 September 2028.
The value of the project is PLN 21,401,072.88. Of which PLN 19,260,742.88 comes from EU funds (PLN 18,190,911.95) and State Budget funds (PLN 1,069,830.93). The own contribution from the budget of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship is PLN 2,140,330.00.
